Yep, the Single Project Status didn’t last long 😉
Last week I started a vintage style cardigan, which is making good progress, but it isn’t the best travel knitting. So I had to cast on some self-striping socks …
And of course, while I was looking in my stash for this sock yarn, my creative juices were in full flow, so I also cast on a new shawl, just for a bit of variety 😉
Now, none of these projects is a quick project. So to keep my motivation high, I decided to cast on something else as well! This crocheted jar cover looks lovely with a tealight in it and it was completed in an evening = result! 😀

Have your creative juices been flowing this week? I’d love to hear what’s on – and off – your needles!
😀
Ooh lovely! Cheerful socks, pretty shawl and neat little tea light. Do I recognise that cache-pot with the African violet in it?

You do indeed! It has an appreciative home here, and the African violet clearly loves it too, as it has been blooming all winter! 😀

LOL yep, don’t we all?!
My Quill is finally off the needles, Skogur has been put aside (I might lose the will to live if I go on just now…) and I’m making headway with Belmont – partly because I am so short! But there are two pairs of socks on the go, two pairs of wristlets about to happen plus I just wound a rather gorgeous skein of Rosy Green Heb Merino that is inviting me to cast on asap…

Ooo, they all sound amazing! I’ve decided I like having a range to choose from – something for every mood and time-slot 😀
