It has been a while since I talked about the journeys undertaken by my knitting …
My latest travel project is a ‘zigzag cowl’ in Lang Mille Colori Baby, a 4-ply 100% merino in 2 contrasting colourways which alternate to exaggerate the zigzag pattern. This was one of my Wonderwool Wales temptations, having seen a lovely sample on the Debonnaire stand.
Here is my project out and about …
This was afternoon tea at the Dinefwr estate, managed by the National Trust in Llandeilo, near Carmarthen in Wales.
The cafe is situated behind the five windows in the ‘extension’ to the left of the central tower in the picture below … Apparently this part of the building was built over 100 years ago and housed billiard rooms. Personally, I’d prefer a craft room, but each to their own!
Has your knitting been out with you this week? I’d love to hear all about it!
🙂
Just the challenge for me as mine went on a private jet to Sardinia…!!! Apparently I am the first person who has knit on his plane… 😉 😉 😉

Wow! That sounds glamorous! Some lovely memories knitted into those stitches, that’s for sure! Did you have to take your needles through security? 🙂
