Wednesday WIP – the home straight

The second sleeve is almost finished – this Work in Progress is heading for the home straight!

It’s Hallett’s Ledge by Elinor Brown, and I’m knitting it in Drops Lima (65% wool, 35% alpaca) in a dark sand colour from Wool Warehouse. This has been on the needles for a while, set aside in favour of lighter summer projects, but with autumn in the air, it’s time to press ahead and finish it off.

What’s on your needles at the moment? I’d love to know!

Thanks! 😀 I’ve worn the purple one a lot, so I’m hoping this one will be equally useful, potentially even more so, as it is more neutral in colour … I’ll keep you posted! 😀

Wow, that is gorgeous, I am looking forward to seeing it when it’s finished! Currently on my needles – a sock, as always, for travelling or knitting in restricted spaces, a cabled cardigan for a baby due shortly, and a great big stocking stitch cardigan as my winter keeps-you-warm-as-you-knit project 🙂
